Shipping Policy
Our shipping time for your order depends on your Location, but please be guided by the following:
Normal estimated delivery time is 2 to 10 business days for Domestic Shipping.
Normal estimated delivery time is 2 to 6 weeks for International Shipping.
All sale/holiday items are subject to further processing because of shipping volume.
Delivery times will differ for orders because each one is subject to availability and check of credit authentication. Because of COVID-19, our shipment times may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal.
We can only offer a Shipping Flat Rate, which depends on the product you have selected and on shipment destination, and may also change from time to time. Please take advantage of free shipping promo on equivalent amount orders.
Also, we will only ship to one address and will not ship to a PO Box at this time. If you are requesting shipment within US, and cannot be home for fear of theft of your parcel, you may use alternative shipment safer destination such as the UPS Store Locker Service for your convenience, but you will have to register with them.
In Canada, you can send your parcel using the Canada Post FlexDelivery, but again you will be ask to register. For more information about the Canada Post FlexDelivery, please go to their website.
Please note additional sales taxes, Customs fees and other border fees may apply when it comes to international orders. The fee is not within our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so check with your local customs directly.
For order delays, please ensure the following before getting in touch with us:
- Check your shipping information email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
- Ensure that you have your Order ID number
If all above have been accomplished, and you don’t have your package, and for all shipping questions, please get in touch with us at info@tshirthut.ca, with your Heading "Shipping Policy". If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
For all orders, you will receive a tracking link via email when your order has shipped out.
Please note your tracking number will not be recognized at least after 24 hours that your order has shipped and so we ask for your patience. If you have anymore questions, please contact us.
